Solving the technical problems of the technical staff, addressing queries from CCG, Clinicians

in regard to the tests.

Coordination with Engineering, Store, Purchase, HR & IT department for the quires of the

sections.

• Monitoring of NABL & CAP compliance in the laborator

Preparation of Monthly Consumption & work in progress reports

Regular training of people for skill set, Performance evaluation & KPI setting.

Quality system check across lab sites by reviewing daily QC & EQAS data, improves awareness & confidence, defines

Defined checklist for lab audit, MOUs review for labs, SOPs for sample collection & training plan

Quality documentation, NABL Audit preparation

Personal files of the staff, As per NABL

Co-ordinate with Clinicians

Daily IQC/EQAS review & CAPA, In-house calibration of minor instruments, patient complaints,

Preparation of manpower roaster in accordance with the requirements of the section.
