1. Handling Customer Queries.
2. Resolving Problem Samples.
3. Intimating the Client regarding Problem Specimens.
4. Replying to the Queries of Client/Sales Officers/Patient/Doctors through fax, telephones and Emails.
5. Co-ordination with the various Dept's. SRL for solving patients problems, report status etc.
6. Accepting request for add-on & Cancellation of test
7. Organizing for Home Visits.
8. Delays/Test down information from Lab. Conveyed proactively to the Client/Sales Officers.
9. Interacting with logistics and intimating for Pick up of samples to Reference laboratories.
10. Handling Email queries relating to TEST Details, Add On, Cancellation, Modification, etc
11. Handling Modification queries if requested by clients.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
