Planned meeting with staff to review and plan activities and issues.
Interacting with doctors, for test ordering practices, clarification and reports and counselling patients whenever circumstances permit.
Participate in CMEs/ Conferences, so that it has an influence on the perception of doctors.
Establishing Quality indicators and QIP of section and monitoring them
Reviewing the W.I.P, so that Cost achieved at the bench matches the recipe cost.
Release and revision of patient results.
